Let's get the awkward part out of the way: all sales are final.
Here's why. What we sell is know-how, and know-how doesn't go back in the box. Once a course has shown you something, it's in your head, and we can't extract it from your brain.
So instead of refunds, we let you look before you buy:
- A free 30-day trial of the ProAct charts and the NY Live Room. No card needed, so there's nothing to cancel and nothing to refund.
- Over 100 free videos on our YouTube channel.
- Straight answers before you buy. Ask us anything at support@proacttraders.com.
Kick the tires as long as you like. When you buy, buy because you've seen enough.
Courses
The 300s, Price Action, Boot Camp and Fast Track are final sales. Access starts right after you buy.
Payment plans: a payment plan is the whole course, paid over time. It isn't a subscription. Stopping payments doesn't undo the purchase: if a payment fails, access pauses until you're caught up, and the rest of the balance stays due.
Charts + Live Room membership
- Cancel any time in the ThriveCart customer hub (it's also linked at the bottom of your receipt) or by emailing us. No fee, no hoops.
- Cancelling stops future charges. You keep access until the end of the month or year you've already paid for.
- We don't refund or credit partial months or years, unused time, or days the room is closed for holidays or schedule changes.
- Yearly members get a reminder email before the plan renews, so it never sneaks up on you.
The free stuff
The free trial ends on its own, and so do Fast Track's 6 free months of Charts + Live Room unless you chose to keep your membership going. Nothing is charged during them, so there's nothing to refund. If you kept it going, cancel before the first charge and you pay nothing. If you covered months 7–12 for $349, that's a membership payment: cancelling stops the next one, and you keep access through month 12.
Mistakes on our end
If we charge you twice, charge you after you've cancelled, or bill the wrong amount, tell us and we'll refund the mistake. That's not a refund. That's us fixing our error.
Chargebacks
Please talk to us before you talk to your bank. We're easy to reach, and honest problems get fixed fast. If you dispute a valid charge anyway, we'll share our records with your bank, your access ends (indicators included), and we probably won't be able to work together again.
If you're in the EU or UK
Our courses and memberships give you digital content and services right away. When you buy, you ask us to start immediately, and you agree that your 14-day right to cancel ends once your access begins, as far as the law allows.
The legal bit
Nothing here takes away any right you have by law that can't be waived. This policy is part of our Terms of Service.
