ProAct Hours of Operation

We are a USA based company which means we keep USA business hours.  We are located in the CST or CENTRAL STANDARD TIME ZONE (Austin, Texas) which is -6 GMT usually.  We do check emails at all hours but your best time to reach us is normal USA business hours: 9AM – 5PM Monday through Thursday.  Friday afternoon we are usually off to see friends at the lake or visiting grandkids!  Jerry (Tech support) is also a Pastor at Kingdom Point Church, so please remember he could be visiting at the hospital or who knows what.  Sunday's Scott is the Pastor at the Central Texas Treatment Center.

One on One Session

If you are a subscriber we are available by appointment to do "one on ones" with you to help you out of a snag.  To schedule this, just send me an email with your name, email address, phone number, where you are located and the best time for you.  We do these online so it is best if you have a webcam and microphone.
