First Step:
You must have filled out the request for a demo online and given us the preferred username and Password. You will have 10 days to evaluate the 4 major currencies - the 9 currencies are here but only the 4 majors can be seen during the evaluation period. You will not be billed after 10 days.
Please note: This is a manual process and we do sleep, so if you subscribe after hours USA time, we will get you up during NORMAL business hours USA time!!! This process can take anywhere from 45 minutes to 8 hours! Make sure you do your part! We want you to be successful so please take advantage of all the great education, trading room and support we offer.
In order to insure that you actually receive the email instructions as well as some other things you will need to log into this page for download instructions. Be sure to follow the instructions about white listing us. When your account setup is complete, you will receive an email from our Administration department. At that time you will be able to log into the live charts.

1) Go here to register: http://64.13.225.232/user/register (or copy and paste the link in your browser)
2) You will then WAIT for an email from us that says you are approved (this is a manual process and we do eat, play with our grandchildren etc.). Our goal is to get you up ASAP but it could be several hours. You will receive a 1 time temporary password that lets you enter the site. You will be prompted to change the password.
3) Once approved and you follow the above instructions, the RED LINKS on the website that disallow you from those areas will be removed and you can log into the site. You will have full access to the areas that you are entitled to based on your current level of participation.

The password to access the DOWNLOAD (not run the charts) is:
READ THIS! The above password is NOT your password to log into the charts - just the one to download them from our secure server. The password to log into the charts is sent via email when you follow the instructions below.
VERY IMPORTANT: Download The ProAct charts into a folder where you can find them again if you need them.
Second Step:
Once downloaded and installed you will be prompted for a login and password. IF you have received an email from us that your account has been activated then we have already setup your account with the requested choices that you made. Remember this is a manual process NOT an automatic process so be patient. This process can take anywhere from 45 minutes to 8 hours! Also you may receive two (2) receipts of -0- payment - it does NOT mean that we double billed you!
Make sure you do your part - REALLY EVALUATE US! We want you to be successful so please take advantage of all the great education, trading room and support we offer.
If you are not prompted or if the charts load but you only have candles on the USDCHF, then go to the menu at the top of the charts and select System->Settings and you will see the login and password boxes. Input the login and password that you selected when you paid and sent the information.
If you have a problem it is 99% of the time your firewall. Turn off your firewall and try and install or log into your charts. If yes, then you have found the problem. Simply tell your firewall to accept patraders.exe as an accepted program. Restart your computer and you should be good to go. Instructions for this procedure are located on the Tech Support page.
If that does not work then you will need to have one of our technicians log into your computer to fix it. To do this go to the Tech Support page and do the first two parts EXACTLY. You MUST REMAIN in front of your computer so that you can allow the tech into your PC. Also remember that we may be helping other customers, may be at lunch and/or dinner and we do sleep.

On the charts you will see some text in the top left corner that says LOCKED - this simply means that the indicators we use to create the trade setups are locked from your view NOT THAT THE CHARTS ARE NOT FUNCTIONAL. As long as you see candles you are live and ready to go.

Also, sometimes when you first load the charts it looks like only one set of charts loaded. They are there!

Here's how to fix it: Right Click in the right margin of the charts that have no candles and click Auto Scale and they will appear (the candles are just below the screen).
