Our billing is done automatically. Because this is automatic and not manual and to insure that you are not billed inadvertently we require a five (5) day advance notification of any cancellation*. Should you cancel your subscription for any reason (vacations, new job, moving, going to another system to try) and decide to come back, you will be liable for the $100 activation fee again if you are gone longer then 10 days.
